Energy declarationWe are accredited by the certification body SWEDAC to carry out energy declarations. Seveko VVS Konsult AB is an independent control body according to SS-EN ISO/IEC 17020:2005.
Rental – and housing cooperatives real estates and premises over 1000 m2, have to do an energy declaration. This also concerns buildings, which are sold.
The energy declaration is a measure of the real estate's energy performance that is then compared with similar real estates. The information is presented to the real-estate owner, who puts up the energy declaration clearly visible in the real estate. The information is also reported to the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's (Boverkets) database.
