Functional testing, obligatory ventilation check-up (OVK)
We make functional tests of ventilation systems of all kinds. Our commissions cover the whole stock of some of the biggest real-estate owners and occasionally also housing co-operatives. In connection with the OVK-commissions, we can offer to do an inventory concerning for example the energy economy, environmental aspects, working environment (with regard for the new environmental regulations). Furthermore, we draw up operation cards/operation instructions in connection with OVK-commissions.
As we are inspection specialists we work a lot with functional testings in a wider sense, as part of an inspection commission or as a separate commission.
