History
Hans Severinson founded Seveko VVS Konsult AB in 1979. The initial business concept was contract inspection, complemented with general consultant activities to a number of recurrent clients, mainly real estate companies. The company had its premises in Enskede.
During the 1980's the number of employees were about five persons. In 1988 Seveko moved to Skrubbatriangeln in Tyresö. Concurrently the resources were strengthened to approximately 10 employees. The clientele and the range of services were increased during this period. In 2002 the staff consisting of 6 people took over the company together with Hans Severinson.
The transfer was done in order to safeguard the company's continued activity as a strong and independent operator on the market. In the fall of 2004 Seveko moved to rented premises on Livdjursgatan in the Globen area. At the same time the number of employees increased to 12 persons. The same fall Seveko was certified according to ISO 9001:2000 of Det Norske Veritas. In 2007 the number of employees had grown to 15 and the company moved to bigger premises at the same address. In connection with the relocation Seveko changed its logo and the same year the company received Stockholm's Environmental Diploma.
